It's important that we get to know your (the doctors) goals and objectives. We spend 10 min. on the phone and discuss and help you identify your marketing vision and goals. We talk about the investment and find a comfortable monthly fee. Please call or have your assistant call to set up a 10 min. conversation with us.
NEXT STEP
We send an agreement which we discussed previously. Upon receiving the agreement and down payment, we then put your project into production.
DISCOVERING YOUR UNIQUENESS
What we didn't cover in the first meeting , we cover in this meeting. it usually takes 45 min, (unless you like to talk). We spend time discussing your identity both professionally and personally. For an established practice we spend time discussing what has and has not worked. We also, give you a small laundry list of what we need to produce your Dent-A-Card©.
WE GO TO WORK
This is when we rally the team, spend time discussing the best approach, study the demographics and geographics of your location. We will create and write your Dent-A-Card©. Each card is specifically oriented to the the doctors individuality and designed to attract the surrounding neighborhood. Our 15 years experience comes into play heavily during this process.
YOU GET TO SEE IT FIRST
We provide you with numerous proofs of your Dent-A-Card© and maps informing you where we are going to mail & who we are going to reach.
GET THE CHECK BOOK OUT
If you are mailing 6-12 times continually, we will bill you every month for 6-12 months. If you are mailing every other month, we will bill you every month to help keep the payments consistent.
MAILING
Many agencies or freelancers don't have a clue when it comes to mail fulfillment. For over 15 years we have saved our clients thousands of dollars by mailing efficiently. Your mailing will go out on time. If you don't monitor, you can't grow. We will help you monitor and find ways that work for you. This is a very important element to your success.
HOW MANY PATIENTS WILL I GET?
We usually see between 35 and 50 new patients per mailing, depending on how many pieces you mail. The quality of the patient is more likely to spend more monthly on fee based services.
